I was looking for a small treadmill that wouldn’t take up much space so I could start walking, since i spend too much time sitting during the day. It seemed like a good option, so I bought it and, I have to say it works very well for what I needed. I can’t carry much weight , and this one is very lightweight. I can place under the bed or under my couch and it doesn’t get in the way. It’s quite quiet, so it won’t bother others even if they’re sleeping. I really liked the app it’s very cool and easy to use and it also comes with a remote control.

The pad is relatively compact and easy to use. It can be easily stowed in a closet or under a bed. It isn’t silent but it is not terribly loud. It works well overall. It is important to take breaks so it doesn’t overheat, and be sure to use it on a solid surface.

Very compact and a unique experience to be able to comfortably walk inside my house. No dress up, only the comfort of privacy; unlike at the gym. This Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad is a quality piece of equipment. The speed variations are perfect while the top speed is enough for a good 10,000 step walking workout. Rain or shine, day or night I can walk to my hearts content. When I’m finished, the walking pad is light and compact making it a perfect fit under a sofa or just set aside somewhere. I would purchase again.

I’m impressed! I got it all unpacked and immediately knocked out 1500 steps at 3.0 to try it out. It functions well! I also used the vibration for about 5 mins after my steps. I like the first 2 vibration settings but the last 2 are a little intense and make you slide back and forth on the pad. Still worth it if you really care about it. A few things to note: the remote requires 2 AAA batteries and you cannot use the pad without the remote. Thankfully I had some around. Also, it has to be placed on hard floors as to not overheat. This makes perfect sense but worth noting for those who have carpet. I like how it’s big enough to feel comfortable walking but not too big- great for small spaces!

So far so good 😊. I just got it delivered today and used it for 31 mins total. Very impressed thus far! Very light weight while being sturdy. The money to value is fantastic at the moment. Lots of features. The vibration mode tripped me out because I didn't know what to expect 😂 but it was wonderful actually. I was able to jog a little on it in case some of you may be wondering. Just be mindful ofbyour stride 😆 The unit fits very nicely under my couch so that's a plus. This machine seems to be great for the times when it's rainy or nasty outside.

Est muy práctica. Yo la utilizo para caminar hacia atrás y me ha funcionado muy bien el final utilizo un poco la opción de vibración y me relaja los músculos de las piernas. Es una buena compra

Apenas la estrené ayer, fue una buena compra! al principio es complicado mantener el equilibrio si estás acostumbrado a caminadoras con "brazos" pero al final, es como si caminaras en la calle, sin detenerte de nada. La puse sobre el piso, sin tapetes, y eso ayuda a que se disipe bien el calor. De las velocidades, yo utilicé 2.0 e iba a paso rápido, sin correr pero suficiente para que en media hora ya estuviera sudando pero sin agitarme. Comienza con un conteo hacia atrás, 3, 2, 1 y la banda comienza lento, al finalizar baja la velocidad de forma gradual para que no te caigas. El modo vibrador está fuerte, lo usé para relajar mis piernas y me sirvió mucho. Me encantó! y además es pequeña, ligera y tiene unas rueditas por si la quieres mover arrastrando y no cargando.
