Great tea. I let a pack steep in a jug and get 3 servings out of it. I must say it does have me calmer. Will be purchasing again.

There's lots of nutritional value in this tea & it has a nice smooth taste. I have been drinking it everyday & using one packet twice! I think this will be a staple in my cabinet going forward. By the way, I NEVER write reviews or go passed choosing the stars.

Product is great!! The taste isn't for the faint of heart. But I used it for a week straight 3Xtimes a day. The results are very noticeable.

I thought they would be in tea bags. But they are in small plastic baggies. I had to order empty tea bags to put them in. Only used 2x.

Taste great no sugar make sure you have a tea stepping canister or your own bags or strainer after brewing but overall great product
