I love this little guy and have named him potato! He arrived vacuum packed so he was as flat as a pancake so I was a bit surprised, but once you cut open the bag, he soon bursts into shape, and is cute as a button. I bought this for myself, I’m 50 and don’t care as I love soft toys and I’m a sucker for a cute face. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is his hat. The quality isn’t as good as it looks in the photos provided by Amazon. The fabric looks much sturdier than it does in real life, and the stalk is a bit more flimsy too. It’s not the end of the world but if you were buying this for a child and they wanted to carry it around and take it out and about, the hat would easily fall off. As mine is only sitting on my bed, it’s not an issue for me. If I can be bothered, I might put a little stitch in the back of the hat to attach it at the back of the head. I’m not going to knock a star off for that as he’s super cute. I might treat him to a new hat anyway.

Cute and great value

Got for a friend who loves capybaras, and this seemed like the perfect gift! It's super soft and cuddly, the only issue I had was the nose being a bit flatter than I expected. Still, the removable strawberry hat is such a cute add on and it looks so cute! I think she's going to love it :)

Cute toy. Came vacuum packed so looked very odd when first received but as soon as it was opened he fluffed up instantly. My 7 year old niece was very happy when I gave it to her

The capybara it's self is beautiful but the strawberry hat well it doesn't look like the one in the picture it doesn't have the green stem ontop I'm quite disappointed
