Q: Can this conduit be placed underground?

Yes! This conduit is UL approved for direct burial. Thanks, American Synergy

Q: Can this be solvent welded directly into pvc ? like an lb or straight connector ? (if not is there? i know plumbing dwv does)

Search liquid tight fittings as using solvent to glue these will not work

Q: How deep does this need to be burried?

It depends on local codes and what it has in it. I am using it for an antenna feed so it is strictly my choice. For power in my area it would be 16 inches. I am on Long Island, NY.
