I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks and while havent noticed any health effects, I find it to be a well made product. These gummies have a sugar coating, a good chew, and a very unique honey flavor which grew on me over time. It conveniently combines sea moss, ashwagandha, and shilajit which I would otherwise be taking separately. I wish there were more servings per container especially given that the instructions say to take 1-2. If you take 2 a day then this product only provides a 15 day supply which is very low for the cost.
