This Pink Himalayan Salt has a unique appearance and flavor, offering a mineral-rich alternative to regular salt. The salt was just what I was looking for. Very good, and a good value. The bag it came in, however, was not so good. It is supposed to have a zip lock closure, but after carefully cutting open the top and then gently pulling the bag open, half of the zip lock came loose from the bag and stuck to the other side. Not a big deal and I just stuck the whole thing inside another zip lock bag. So, the salt is great, but the bag is not.

This coarse Himalayan salt has a nice, natural flavor and a bit of extra mineral content compared to regular table salt. It’s great for grinding fresh and works well in everyday cooking.
