They really seem to be helping with energy and motivation. I have had no side effects. No upset tummy, burping, or extra hungry, so I plan to get more.

I have Been taking this for a little over 2 months and I'm enjoying the results. I do feel an improvement in my skin texture and evenness that I think will continue to improve over time.
