I make my own pre-workout mix with it
Personally, I've tried pre-workouts that contain beta-alanine in the past and feel it helped with my exercises. With this supplement on hand, I was able to make my own custom pre-workout mix by adding it to other supplement powders I use. Initially, I used a half-scoop to test whether I would have any negative reactions before building up to a full scoop. Despite the potential benefits, some people report a tingling feeling in the skin, called paraesthesia, when taking beta-alanine. Though not considered a dangerous condition, it can be a very off-putting sensation. For me, this supplement works great when combined with my other pre-workout ingredients and dissolved in water. I try to take this about 30 minutes before workout class. I had not experienced skin tingling in the past with my other pre-workout mix, and I do not experience it with this supplement either. So, I don't think I'm not predisposed to the tingling sensitivity. So why a custom mix approach? For me there are some ingredients in pre-mixed pre-workouts, like caffeine or sweeteners, that I prefer to avoid. The purported benefits of using beta-alanine is reducing fatigue during workout and buffering acid build up in muscles. Lactic acid is what causes muscles to be sore after workouts, so reducing that means quicker recovery after workouts too. As I age, I feel that taking this supplement helps me gain an advantage to obtain my fitness goals.

Long time company, great bulk supplement!
Good old beta-alanine. This is the same quality as many others. Dissolves easily and has that same sour bitter taste. 2.6ish grabs a day is all you need. This will give you tingles and a fire ant like burning sensation the first time you try it. However the real benefits don't come in to play until it's builds up in your system for at least 2 weeks, at which point you should see a increase in endurance! Works as it should, if you've tried it in the past!

Solid Performance Booster, Expect Tingles
Good quality beta-alanine that definitely helps with endurance and reducing fatigue during workouts. The unflavored powder mixes well, but like all beta-alanine, it gives that tingling sensation, which might be uncomfortable for some. If you can handle that, it’s a great addition to pre-workout routines.

Great Supplement
Great supplement for before work out for optimal activation of my muscles. I feel like with out it I am missing out on a good workout. I feel more capable and able to push my limits to that extra rep at the end of a set. I like that I can feel it working every time I use it.

A Welcome New Addition To My Workout Routine!
I haven't tried beta-alanine just mixed alone in a drink before & I wasn't really sure what to think. I read some of the informations about the tingling & itch sensation & I suppose that's what sort of kept me away, worry that it would be bothersome & outweigh potential benefits. I was happy to see a tamper resistant seal in place for sure, I'm surprised at how many companies don't use them. I did experience a small about of possible tingling, so faint, I can't even say it was for sure because of the product or if it was psychosomatic lol. That being said, i did use the full scoop each time & the result was the same. I felt it did help with fatigue, without the jittery feeling you can sometimes get with pre-workouts. I think that's fantastic! I give this one a big thumbs up!

Great workout supplement
I have used beta-alanine supplements previously and use beta-alanine mainly for harder training efforts. If I am using a pre-workout mix that does not contain beta-alanine, I will add a scoop of this supplement. I am used to the side effects (mainly just a tingling sensation for me), but it goes away after a few minutes. This supplement is especially effective for harder efforts, because it seems to delay fatigue and keep me going. This beta-alanine powder is not flavored and mixes well with any liquid. It is also reasonably priced and cheaper than the beta alanine supplements I used previously. I would recommend it!

Mixes Well, No Weird Taste
I workout 5 days per week and use a few supplements to enhance my abilities. I was excited to find this beta-alanine because it functions like a pre-workout supplement for me. I tend to be very sensitive to pre-workout powders, so I only used a little of this item. I did feel a bit of skin flushing warmth in my face when using this, but I am well aware that this happens sometimes, so it did not bother me. I have heard of and researched this brand before and I am fan. It is hard to assess the efficacy of a supplement, but I do feel like I had a great workout when using this! I don’t use it every single time I lift, but I am going to keep trying it out for my heaviest lifting days. No bad taste, no stomach issues, so I will continue on!

Component of Pre-Workout Supplement Schedule
I weight train three (3) days/week. Between those days, I fit in Pilates, swim, bike. I train for both strength and endurance; for me these are complementary goals and they help each other. For strength training, you want to hit a point of progressive overload. However some days I simply run out of fuel before I run out of strength; this is NOT for lack of calories. I have tried pre-workout supplements for strength and seriously some of these make me jittery. Look at the caffeine levels? And I drink espresso almost every day, so I KNOW caffeine. And that is besides the sucralose, erythritol, and other synthetic sweeteners. The major ingredients seem to be L-Citrulline and Beta-Alanine. So going back to the core ingredients, I am going to try to "roll" my own, so-to-speak. Pure Beta-Alanine; nothing else.
