I like these a lot. They worked great today blind baking a pie crust. I used this on a Pyrex 9 inch regular pie pan. 1.2 inch deep. The paper is tall enough to grab 4 corners and lift it up, pie weights and all to remove it. Very happy.

Great product. I used one as soon as I got them, and it worked out well. Not a whole lot easier than crumpling some parchment paper, but if you bake a lot of pies, it's probably worth the premium.

I was searching for a true paper/disposable baking dish, in which to freeze and gift sourdough cinnamon rolls for Christmas gifts. I ordered these thinking they would do the trick. However, they are just pre-formed parchment paper liners for use in a baking dish to prevent the food from sticking to the sides of a 9x13 baking dish. Convenient, but not what I wanted. As a result, I will need to freeze the rolls in the parchment lined baking dish, then remove the frozen product, and then bag the rolls in the paper. The receiver of the rolls can pop that frozen item into a 9x13 baking dish and proceed. This product does the job of providing a non-stick surface to line a baking dish, though it isn’t what I was looking for. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I honestly don’t know if the parchment is truly non-stick. I’ve only frozen items in them, and have not baked anything in them yet.

Fits well in our 8 X * square baking dishes

Not 8x8 more like a 7x7. Put it in my pan and didn’t touch the sides. If you stretch it out to fit your pan then your sides get real short especially around the corners. Paper quality is good but dosent do me much good when trying to bake with.

These just make life so much easier!
