Great for the price.
I'm using it as a desktop amplifier. More than enough power for my Klipsch bookshelf speakers and most importantly, it has a has a headphone jack when I don't want to share my music. I like that it has multiple inputs as well, though I'm only using one right now. FWIW, I am not using the Bluetooth feature so YMMV.

Did not receive the microphone...
Item was fine, a good bargain, but I never received the microphone. I Followed the directions but I'm still waiting for it...

Returned. Bulky and not well suited as a mixer.
Bluetooth was one of my main objectives for purchasing this item, but also to mix sound from two sources. So, that limits the options in the field of mini mixers. I have used several of these small mixers and really did the research the best I could, but completely missed that this is not a mixer at all. Amd, I was not prepared for how large this unit was. Not as large as my main Media Receiver, but it wasn’tgoing to sit between two desktop monitors very easily either. But the main reason for sending it back is that it would not “mix” signals from two inputs. This unit is like it’s title...home theater amplifier. The reason for the deduction in star rating is mainly because of it being a little useless as a mini amplifier. I think it is a little large for that. But if you need a receiver for single source inputs, and don’t want a full size unit, or need something portable, this might be a good option.

Better sound quality than I expected
I bought this amp for my office to replace a 20W, 12V amp I've been using for a few years. The 20W amp worked well but I wanted to move it to my work shop. This new amplifier is better than the 20W and I'm quite happy with it. The sound quality isn't as good as the amp on my entertainment system but, for my little office, it does a really nice job.The control knobs feel really nice when an adjustment has to made, there's a left - right balance which I really like having and this little amplifier supports 3 inputs plus an aux input. I tried the aux input before the other inputs and I was really disappointed in the sound quality until I realized that this input has a higher gain than inputs in the back. The higher gain is great if you have a device, like a smart phone, with an adjustable volume but it may not be very good if your device has a fixed output. Once I found a cable that allowed me to use the inputs on the back of the amp, all was good and I was quite impressed with the sound quality. If I had to buy another basic stereo amp I'd get one of these.

What Do I Do Now?
As is seemingly customary for Pyle (my FOURTH Pyle product with the same "flaw") their so-called User Manual and website leave me hoping I'll either be an 8-year-old, born into the Thumb Culture; or will stumble over the features through pure luck.FULL DISCLOSURE: 1) I was "born before the turn-of-the-century"; AND 2) one of my jobs at that time was as a Technical Writer -- writing not only Quick Start Guides/User Manuals, but also Operational Guides for the "repair guys/maintainers".The product itself is very good. Lots of bells-and-whistles, and is compact, too. Having spent time in the Broadcast industry, I am impressed with the quality of sound the unit produces for the price! The casing is metal, rather than plastic. It takes a variety of input sources, even has a slow charge USB port on the front panel (so your smartphone's charge can easily be maintained, as you play your music). I would give it FIVE STARS for quality -- if I could easily discover what those qualities are.I have to erase TWO of those stars for those things external to the product, but essential. It comes with a remote control, even... but there is not a single illustration or direction on how to employ it; in the four pages of the User Manual.IN SUMMARY: This is a great "bookshelf" amp. Good luck stumbling over how to get it to perform to potential.

Much better than I expected it be. For another buck, I should have gotten the one with the remote :(
This unit sounds much better than I expected it to. This is through Sennheiser HD 600 headphones and Micca MB42X speakers with a 10 inch Polk sub.Knobs, switches and connectors have a good feel to them (for the price). It even has an FM tuner in it that I was not aware of! Unfortunately, I don't see any way to actually navigate to an FM station other than rotating through stations the unit scans and saves automatically. For that reason, I should have spent the extra dollar and get it's twin that has a remote. If you're going to keep this on your desk, the blue led light that signifies power on is obnoxious as heck. It's way too bright.

Truly disappointed with the outcome of this product. DON'T BUY.
The price is very affordable so basically you start to think that you can't be so hard on judgement. After all, you pay for what you get. But there are some technical issues that are beyond any product price you pay, and I've been having this tech issue since day one which is the bluetooth looks like it's not connected to the antenna as I can't have my iphone or ipad more than 2 feet away from the Pyle device, otherwise it loses connection and basically cuts the sound. It's odd but I've tested using my iphone with other device and it worked well, so it's definitely the Pyle. Also it has a constant hum coming out of the amplifier and according to some reviews here, that is very popular with this product. As a sound engineer and music producer, it's only frustrating. Will return it for sure.

Has Balance control.
Nicely powered little amp. Adequate for my Micca bookshelf speakers.A rare find is that it has a balance control knob, lacking on more expensive amps, definitely swayed my purchase decision. The only fault I find is that the speaker terminals come out when one unplugs the cable. So don't unplug once you have it set up.
