TANITA HD-395 Classic Digital Bathroom Scale White

Very accurate, simple to use, big display, shows weight in kg, exactly as I wanted.

I would certainly recommend these scales for anyone with poor sight. Purchased these bathroom scales for an elderly lady because of the size of the numbers and how clear they were. Very pleased with the result.

This bathroom scale is not remotely accurate. I tried using a known standard weight and it as off by 10% each time. The scale gave different results some days. I used it as a bathroom scale for three months now and it is not worth using. Its display is easy to read but what's the point since it is displaying a weight that is not close to the true weight. Maybe I got a lemon, but I recommend people try some other scale.

The scales show your weight in pounds not stones and pounds so you have to convert the reading manually into stones and pounds

Very accurate. I get the same results each time I re-weigh myself within a few seconds of each other. I checked it with my Salter electronic kitchen scales by weighing out various weights up to 12kg and it was spot on 9 out of 10 times and only off by 0.1kg on a marginal one. I use it with the WeightFit app to track my weight. Would be nice if it had wifi/bluetooth but it was not sold as such and does what it claims, and using an app to manually enter my weights and track them is fine.

Have given only two stars as had to return the product.Reason: No Stones & Pounds setting. There is just a two position switch: Kgs or lbsIf you are young or in Europe it has Kilograms; if you are in the US, it is fine as it has Pounds (lbs), but if you are of the older generation in the UK (like me) you will want a read-out in Stones/lbs which is not available on this product.Shame as we liked the large led digits and the scales looked smart.
