This is really great. If you want to lower your A1C you need to try this out. I am telling you that this worked on me and I am going to continue to purchase it to keep the blood sugars down. I use this with another one together and I have noticed the numbers on my blood sugars go from 190+ down to 96. The taste is absolutely fantastic. If you like cinnamon but can't have the sugar that goes along with it you should really try this. It will kill a sugar craving but not have the bad results from it. I am sure you will like it.

I purchased this item for the flavor. I was hoping for a good cinnamon extract without the alcohol and added chemicals. This product fulfills that description except it has no flavor at all. However, Ceylon cinnamon has a milder flavor but is supposed to be better for the benefits that cinnamon is supposed to support. I should have studied further before ordering.If you are looking for cinnamon flavor, look for Cassia cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon should be stronger in flavor.I don't know if it is working, but I will know my next doctor visit.

Received neatly packaged within a couple of days of ordering; I’m delighted by the convenience of using a dropper to add to my drinks/foods. Less messy and easier to mix, plus as one who uses cinnamon to control my glucose, I like the convenience of being able to take it with me when I’m eating/drinking out. Good quality, smells like cinnamon and value for money. Definitely recommended for those on the go.

I'm taking their word for it that there is actually cinnamon in this, because there is absolutely zero cinnamon taste or smell at all. So, if you want tasteless and odorless cinnamon, this is for you!
