There are very little setup directions.1. Take out the HDMI piece connector.2. Take out the game stick and plug in the HDMI connector.3. Insert the USB adapter into the game stick.4. Insert the B connection into the Game stick, and the other end of the USB on the cord, into a power adapter. (You can use another console for the USB connection, but you need to turn on the device to give it power. I recommend using the wall outlet for the USB connection, and inserting directly into the wall to get power to the stick)5. Insert 2 triple A batteries into each controller. Toggle the controller power switch under the buttons, it is tiny to the LEFT. Not the RIGHT as usual to turn the controller on.6. Turn on your TV and toggle the input to which number HDMI port you used on the TV when inserting the stick into the TV, for a picture.7. START GAMING!Review:Please stop saying it is slow and lags. Compared to 2025 gaming, OF COURSE it is slow and lags. Keep in mind, these games and devices were made in the late 70s and 80s. Graphics are pixelated. Slow moves on the controller. It is not fast? IT ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE. There is nothing wrong with the device or your device using the stick. It is perfectly normal.Yes, it might glitch a couple of times and some games may not work well, due to so many types of uploads, depending on region.For the most part though, it all works naturally, the way it is supposed to, and HELLA FUN! I dare you to play Contra or Galaga, and not just DIG IT! =)Will purchase more for grown kids TVs. =)

Has a lot of games but freezes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. After like 10 mins and you have to unplug it from the tv turn it off and sometimes that will fix it for another 10-15 minutes. Don’t waste your money controllers work half the time too

Most of the super retro games are no good and not fun. Don't bother.

Got this for my husband. He finally (theres a lotOf games in it) find the arcade games and he cant get enough of it!

We love the idea of the system. However the delays in the controllers and the games are awful.I have tried filling out a form to get a new system sent to us and it keeps telling me there is an error on Amazon’s side??

It is quite wild to think that such a large number of games can now come with and be stored on this little device. Set up was easy and it works great playing all of the classic games i grew up with. It is great to be able to show the younger generation what games used to look like. The game library is huge and has something for everyone.

This is the second one I have purchased where it just stops working… this one I’ve had about three weeks and used all of two times…I tried switching TVs switching HDMI ports even buying a new HDMI adapter and nothing… The light on the fire stick turns on but again no game…

Locks up on some games. Controllers are not good quality.
