Great micro IFAK pouch
Compact, low-profile micro IFAK that frees belt space and deploys fast: the rip-away insert with ambidextrous pull tabs works one-handed, and the 500D nylon/MOLLE mounting feel solid on a carrier or 2–2.5" belt. Capacity is tight—realistically CAT tourniquet in the hammock, ETD, compressed gauze, gloves, marker; chest seals or shears are a squeeze—so treat it as an essentials-only pouch, not a full TCCC loadout. For the price, build and retention are good; stage carefully and consider carrying the TQ externally for fastest access.

It’s a piece of the pie.
For what it is good value Worked with my high speed gear medical taco used the button flap that comes in the pouch with this. I carry a fat ifak boo-boo duo this nylon stretched and secured my ifac. Be sure to get a taco with a pull handle this thing will do what you need!

Decent for the price point. Definitely compact
Smaller than you would think. Was able to get a packet of quick-clot, two compressed combat gauze, one chest seal, a chem light, a marker and a tq in the holder. A 6 inch Israeli bandage is too long. You would need to use a 4 inch to fold up the first aid pouch and stow it properly. Over all decent. Just worried about the strength of the MOLLE straps too. They’re a bit on the thin side.

Worth the Money
Good size and almost as good as the more expensive brand. I took the tourniquet holder off and velcroed it to my vest. Inside the pack I have two tampons, SWAT T, chest seal, and combat gauze.

Wish it was molle.
The place to hold my tourniquet was too small so I cut it off. I really wish this was molle instead of belt loop, too.

It's a micro IFAK not a blow out kit that's the difference people need to understand when buying!
This micro IFAK was and is everything it details. Great for my duty belt and will work for my needs. I will post up photos when it's complete

A VERY cheap alternative
To small for an IFAK. Holds a tourniquet decent enough but the fasteners for the belt are already going bad. The velcro isn’t great at holding the actual roll out and the flag velcro came off about a month into the job. Kind of bulky so not good for your back when sitting in vehicle. Would not recommend for patrol.
