Let me start of by saying WOW! This made a huge difference in the SQ of my L7S pushing 930w rms. Before I had major rattles in my 2020 Honda Civic SI. Taking the time to do this to my trunk and Lid made me realize just how loud my subwoofer actually is. It literally eliminated the rattles throughout my whole car. I still plan on doing this to my doors and rear deck but once I upgrade the speakers. I still have half of the box just doing the trunk and lid so 1 box of 36sf will be enough for most of the areas that need to get done. You may need a little more overall. This is true 2mm spec. Very sticky and easy to apply. It just take time to finish the work correctly and roll it down. It is not as heavy as I thought it was going to be. The size of the sheets are perfect for what you need to do. The value is on point for the quality. It does not rip very easily but you can cut it to size without any problems. Again, This is a must buy for anyone who is pushing 1000w rms or more.

I've put this in 4 trucks now. A 2005 GMC 2500 Duramax crew cab, a 1995 F350 Powerstroke crew cab, a 1979 F150 single cab, and most recently a 2005 F250 Powerstroke crew cab. All of which got insanely quieter. The 2005 F250 went from having to have the radio at 17 to hear it and 33 to jam out to music before the siless, to 11 to hear music 24 to jam out. I did also use the Siless 157 on the floors. Installation was a breeze. I recommend getting a 3 pound sledge hammer and use it like a rolling pin to help adhere the mat to the metal. It keeps a great seal around the whole vehicle. I don't know that I noticed much temperature holding difference but sound for sure. I used 3 boxes on the crew cabs and did the floors, doors, pillars, roof, and firewall with the 80 mil and added 157 mil on the floors and back wall and in the sub box.

I use this on many builds to dampen the metal echo in cars, vans, and trucks. Just one sheet in the center of a body panel is a huge difference maker. You can also cover the entire surface and get added insulation value. The noise is greatly depleted and it's easy to install with a roller tool. Looks Great when done. Good Product I will use again!

This is the best car sound deadener that I have used. This is only 2mm thick but its perfect for inside of doors or other hard to reach places that need good insulation. Easy to use and cut though. Great value for the price.

First time working with sound deafening material. It went better then planned. Super easy to work with. I used this for a set of marine tower speaker pods. Was easy to cut with scissors and razor blade even circular shadows. The material quality seems pretty. Pretty easy to reposition if needed. I little bit on the gooey side but overall an outstanding product.

Used this sound deadening on my 1982 gmc sierra project great quality, it reduces noise it’s very easy to install overall it works well for any car or truck.

easy to install. I put it on my 08 lexus es350. even tho the car has good sound proofing and insulation i was curious if I could improve the sound when I had the music up and bass high. The difference is night and day and we'll worth the effort. I also ordered some new clips to replace any broken ones which came in handy as their were a few needing replacement (not from me breaking)
