After 23km, my first attempt with these shoes at 4:30min/km my legs feels fresh. No arch pain, no soleus pain, no blisters. Good if you have narrow foot. Will be great for series. 3:50 min/km- ideally 4:30 min/km good.

Shoe quality is good. Good for short tempo runs but not Ideal for long runs. Not fitting well at the heel & midsole, because of which foot pronation gets affected.

Great service from the seller. The shoe itself is a more traditional race shoe, less agressive than its competitors but still Brooks did an outstanding job.with this one. I'm a US size 9 / 42,5 in most running shoes and fit my feet perfectly, even with bunions
