Love these garlic graters and very pretty design

Personally, I feel the brands garlic press is much easier to use for garlic, however, this product is AMAZING to use for ginger. So much easier and quicker than using a normal grater. It’s also dishwasher safe so there’s so issues with trying to clean. Although if you don’t have a dishwasher, it seems to clean well under water.

Ok, so I’d seen a celebrity chef use one of these and I thought it was a fab idea. There are oodles of different designs and they vary in price, so good for every budget. Garlic is generally one of the most annoying things to finely chop so this looked hopeful. In reality, it’s not as effective as I’d hoped, it just kind of mushed the garlic and leaves a big lump of skin that you can’t completely mush because you end up grating your fingers. Not a total pointless buy though, it looks nice and if you can’t find a knife or a garlic crusher, it’ll do!

Lovely design but careful with your fingers! However, I have more than often gone back to my garlic crusher. For other things like nutmeg and chocolate this is very good.
