This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.

I have to say so far so good I was using another oil and I couldn’t find it so I thought I would try this and it works well I don’t know how many people cook with it but that’s all I have been doing with it so far and it’s great. Will definitely buy again! It was also the first food type product I have ordered and it was packaged great! The taste was a little spicy at first but I’m use to it now.

giving it a try- will see how Iit tastes and how ti works to drink for my daily swig, how it goes on salads and tastes and ow it bakes my salmon - wish I could tell how good various EVOO products are and how fresh

tasted good, my other olive oil went rancid, try to take 3 table spoons per day which may help rejuvenate stem cells?

These are my observations from using three days. It has a yellow green color. The burn at the back of the throat is subtle and gentle. I cannot decern a definite taste, but I do not taste much in any olive oil. It did solidify in refrigerator today. The bottle is very dark green but oil contacts plastic piece at opening even though it does allow very controlled pour.
