Interesting supplement with steady, subtle results - Pricey
I tried this out of curiosity, and after a few weeks I noticed a mild but steady boost in overall energy and focus. It is not dramatic, but there is a clear sense of feeling a little more balanced day to day. The capsules are easy to take, and there is no aftertaste. It is on the pricey side, but if you are exploring longevity supplements, this one feels thoughtfully made and consistent.

The Capsule That Changed My Sleep
Fatty15: This Tiny Capsule Changed the Way I Sleep Some supplements build trust slowly, their benefits showing up only on lab tests. Others are felt instantly, woven into your day-to-day experience. Fatty15, intriguingly, is both. At the heart of this minimalist capsule is C15:0, a pure, vegan-friendly odd-chain fatty acid—and the first new essential fatty acid to be discovered in nearly a century. Identified while its founder was studying dolphins, C15:0 has since emerged as a powerful tool for modern health. Its science is compelling: it helps regulate circadian rhythms, balancing the body’s internal clock. In my case of one, the result was deeper, more restorative sleep . Beyond sleep, C15:0 supports cellular health, fortifies fragile membranes, and boosts mitochondrial function—the very engines of our energy. I tried Fatty15 after reading about it, noticed nothing immediate, and so when i finished the bottle I didn’t repurchase it. Within days, I realized something was missing. Not insomnia exactly, but the deep sleep I had grown used to had evaporated. I returned to the supplement, and with it came back those long, unbroken stretches of rest. Fatty15 is not marketed as a sleep aid, yet its subtle power lies there for me. It is rare to find a supplement that strengthens cells, supports mitochondria, and just might return you to the kind of sleep you thought was behind you. Sometimes the smallest capsule contains the most profound shift.

Push past the headaches, take in the morning, decreased mood swings after week 7-8
4 month October update- I had blood work and my HDL is very high (this is the good cholesterol). My sleep has mostly leveled out and the last 2 nights I had minimal red wake ups(according to my watch). I am still sleeping less, but I am not generally tired. I still have an even energy during the day and my focus has stayed even. No flashes- almost zero mood swings- no morning wake up ‘rage”. The other thing I noticed was I usually have callus on my heels that I work at constantly with creams, buffing, soaking… I’m shocked but I do not have a callus anymore—I’ve not tried any new creams or supplements so I’m going to take a leap and say this is hydrating my skin better? Also, this is a 3 month supply, so basically $40 a month… still quite high- but I’m finding it worth it going into month 4. Original review: The TLDR: try to push past the 1-2 weeks of headaches if you get them, take in the morning , noticeable energy/alertness at about 3-4 weeks, calmer affect overall at about week 7-8. Sleep decreases and may change, but it doesn’t effect my day…. I have been taking this for 3 months. I read up on PA and it was in my cart waiting for a sale. I picked it up on prime day in July for a deep discount. I cannot believe the difference I feel, overall. I already take an excellent fish omega, bovine collagen, marine collagen, vitamin d w/ k2, vitamin,in e and a biotin/hair skin and nails and Gaia liquid Ashwaganda pill. I added nothing new to my routine, except this. The first week I really didn’t feel a difference. Week 2 and 3 I kept getting really strong headaches in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if it was allergies, or this. I read a few reviews that they were getting bad headaches. I was about to stop taking this but the headaches went away. Moving into a month and a week or so, I started to notice I wasn’t crashing in the afternoon, I felt like I had more alertness and energy— but not Ina creepy caffeine way. Just steady , non-anxious, alertness. I have not felt like that in a long , long time so it was actually a switch for me, and I found myself wanting to take a light walk rather than taking a 15-30 min nap on the weekends or slogging through the afternoon work day. Is this what the average person feels like? It gets even more interesting… So moving into week 7-8 I started falling asleep at night fairly easy, and I didn’t feel like I needed to take some magnesium glycinate to help me sleep. But this is where it gets strange also- I am in peri so moods and flashes can come on really strong. I started to notice that I wasn’t waking up with this “rage” feeling I would sometimes get from peri…. And it got better- I wasn’t mood shifting nearly as often as I normally would- and then I wasn’t mood shifting at all— like completely maintaining a calm, focused day. I just can’t believe it. This is the only change I have made since July. But— there’s always a but— I am sleeping less at night. Before taking this I would average 7.5-8.5 hours of sleep, and still be tired. Now I am averaging 6.5-7.5 and my watch shows that my sleep is all over the place — a lot of waking (I think due to flashes) longer REM which I found interesting, and longer core/deep sleep despite all of the red spikes of waking up. So, I’m sticking with this for another 3 months to see how things go. I haven’t taken blood work yet, but I am curious to see where my levels are.

LIFE SAVER!
On my 4th month of taking this faithfully and it’s a life saver. As someone who’s struggled with high triglycerides, Fatty 15 has helped me control them as well as improved my overall mood & energy. It’s a little pricy, but 100% worth it and of course I love the quality of the packaging and ease of purchasing. I’ve also recently started to find some relief in my lower back pain caused by my acne medication. If you’re reading this, buy it! You won’t regret it :)

Don't believe all the hype!
I took one capsule religiously each day with filtered water and even though I am 4 days shy of a full 3 months, I found absolutely no difference in my well being. The cost is prohibited, it is a joke to charge that much, they need to cut out the fancy packaging including the tinted light green bottle and the simulated wood screw top and lower the prices and make it more affordable, but even doing that, I found no positive change in my overall body health. In the end I'm going back to taking a multi-vitamin with a good B complex, it is cheaper and actually works than this hyped up nothing supplement. I guess I have to be more diligent in reading the reviews because this one was a costly failure.

Waited on this review just to see that it actually works
I am 67 years old and been taking almost a month. I do open the capsule up every morning and put powder in my mouth with a good glass of water. Don't like plastic going in my system. Anyway product is effective for me at least no side effects, most of joint pain has gone. Seen improvements in my skin and energy level, definitely sleep better! Size is small but since I open the capsule it doesn't matter. Simple to use after I take it with water, I take my vitamin liquid that way I know everything is being absorbed! It is pricey and I definitely don't like that they want you to have a subscription which I won't. Yet I will probably pay the full price to keep using it because the benefits for me are there!
