Authentic
I have found that Cajun seasoning can be a bit hit and miss but this one is lovely and a good sized tin, love it to spice up a homemade tomato soup and perfect for pork and chicken, going to try it in a rice dish next!

I can't stop rubbing my meat
since I have purchased this range of spices I havent stopped massaging my meat. I have been stroking and rubbing various lengths and types of meat with these herbs. I added the Cajun spice seasoning to some lean pork mince from my local butchers and made big and girthy sausages, slow roasted them in the oven, tossed them off in the frying pan and finished them off on the grill at medium heat. Very pleased with all of their seasonings so far and will continue to purchase them.

SHOCKINGLY PERFECT!!
I was afraid it would be to spicy because I can’t eat spicy like I used to but always loved blackened Cajun chicken!And WOW! It did not disappoint!!I HIGHLY recommend!!Amazing flavour! Get pan hot before adding seasoned chicken and coat it generously, drop in hot oil (not to much oil) and seer it till blackened, lower heat and cook through. Sooooo good!!!! I put a wee bit of garlic salt too but not much. I made Cajun chicken Caesar salad

Tasty, spicy and full of flavour
I have so many different flavours, great for making mealtimes more interesting! Highly recommend and cheaper than supermarket prices at time of purchasing and didn't even need to leave the house! Win win

Good but not Cajun
The product is nice but I wouldn’t call it Cajun. It has a very pronounced curry taste and smell. I would say it’s very similar to Pot Noodle Bombay Badboy.
