As someone who grew up on Mazos and other Jewish food, this has been my go-to brand for years when it comes to Matzos. They are always the best-tasting brand and are always fresh. Their quality control is usually consistent, and they have far more flavor compared to just about any other brand I have tried. They are not the thickest crackers, but this is about typical for matzos. They are nicely breakable without falling into pieces. They are pricier than other brands, but it is worth it with the quality ingredients and flavor. I am glad they haven't gone down in quality control like other brands and still stay fairly natural!

These matzos were exactly what I hoped for: fresh, delicious, and perfectly lightweight with that classic crunch. Sometimes matzo can feel like you’re chewing on ancient cardboard — not these. They arrived crisp and ready to go, whether you’re eating them plain, topping them with something tasty, or turning them into matzo brei. Being kosher is obviously a must, and these checked that box too. If matzo had a personality, this one would be dependable, crunchy, and always on time for Passover. Will definitely buy again. I gave the crackers a 4 star because I really like them and they seem to be a good price BUT, they shipped them in a brown envelope and they were all crushed. They did replace them but i was disappointed in how they were delivered. Other than that they are great. They were fresh, not stale, and they smelled good. Good flavor and made great matzo and eggs for breakfast.

I was looking for zero or low sodium foods since my kidneys nearly failed last summer, when I found these. I had never eaten matzo before and I wondered what to expect. Opening the released an old cooking oil smell. One cracker had a small chip on the corner, otherwise no damage. The cracker was crisp and what is fresh. The taste is nothing amazing, but I liked it. I made cabbage soup for lunch and it would be good with that. My recent medical issues encouraged me to start reading the Bible. It is a good book. I have learned much. The matzo has not converted me in case you were wondering. I will order again if Amazon restores the free shipping policy. It will be a few months before I pay for Prime again.
