This really does work. I have been having phlegm issues all my life & I’m 84! This is my 3rd month using Breathe, & it worked almost immediately. I fill up the dropper twice to get the 1ml required & use it directly from the bottle. The taste is minty lemon ginger which I like! Most days I need it only once so 2oz last me two months. It’s still expensive, but not choking on phlegm all day is definitely worth it!

I waited to write this review until I had used the product for 3 months. Too often I have given up on other products far too quickly! I can’t imagine life without it now! My breathing is so much easier, wheezing has almost vanished completed. I cough infrequently and mucus is much easier to expel when necessary. Compared to my pre-Breathe days I produce very little mucus. So, a great product. Does it produce instant changes? No. With sustained use however it is a life-change!

Overall, the taste is good. I have not used this very long but I will keep using it to see if it helps with breathing. Yes, there MAY be a slight improvement in breathing, but I need more time to tell.

Noticed better breathing first week, wheezing virtually has ceased after two months. Since I quit smoking I've been wheezing over 10 years. I may have long Covid which also damaged my lungs. Minor movement made me out of breath. But "BREATHE" reversed that. Breathing is progressively getting better. Not nearly as "winded" as before. Taste's sweet to me, not bitter as some report. I had bought this product for twice before Amazon listed it, cheaper and faster to obtain. Its odd the dropper doesn't mark off 1 ml., but as it suggests twice a day is better I get more than a full dropper per day. It works great. To me objective proof is like a scientific "clinical trial", objective versus subjective proof. Therefore, it was important to me wheezing noises stopped, that is objective fact I can observe and not subjective imaginary improvement.

The taste a bit bitter and has a burning sensation once hits stomach, not a really bad one and will assume it is the Peppermint part. There is an issue with this brand so I edit my last review. The bottle states one drop along with the ad. Then it states take 1 ML.... NO MARKINGS on the dropper so assumed one dropper full. Not very smart on my part. The prices I am seeing in other reviews is kinda remarkable. From 33.00 to 69.00 for same size bottle. How did others take it? one drop or try to figure out what 1 ML is by looking at a clear tube? This review may not be allowed, however, I feel compelled to warn others, you could take way to much or go out and BUY a dropper with a mark that should have been on the bottle like all other Mullein products.

The taste is great. Probably it helps. I took it twice. Next day, my poo was caramel colored. Today, it is half orange. Is it the thyme? Weird. Worrisome.

Arrived quickly and in good shape. Too soon to tell if it is working. It seems to be doing something as I am coughing more. I hope it helps. It does not taste bad as some have said
