This paper towel holder stand out by virtue of its damping of the rotation of the paper roll. No more five feet of paper on the floor after a quick snap to tear off one piece. Its black color matches the scheme of our kitchen perfectly. It is held in place with an adhesive patch or screws. The floor of the cabinet where we attached the holder is thin, so I used the adhesive patch and no screws. It has stayed firmly connected after several weeks, so I guess it will stay where I put it.

Love this paper towel holder! It is my second purchase. Easy to install, looks nice, easy to tear off the paper towel while hands are dirty! We have one installed under our upper cabinets next to the stove and one over our coffee bar.

The media could not be loaded. Currently have it installed upright with just the double sided tape it came with. So far so good over a few days.I really like how the "springs" hold the paper towel roll's core - really nice and tight but not so tight that it's stupid difficult to replace the towel roll. There's some sort of mechanism that provides some rotational resistance/tension so if you yank on the towels the whole thing doesn't just unroll immediately from the inertia of the roll, which is awesome.Feels sturdy and good overall. Should hold up, I don't expect the adhesive to hold on forever, but it did come with a bunch of different screws and stuff for various mounting surfaces. Good stuff, simple, comes fully assembled and ready to rock.This is a partially used Viva roll but I tested a full size Costco big-boi roll and it fits just fine without bonking into the mounting arm.Very happy overall, would recommend.

I bought this because I wanted a wall mounted paper towel holder instead of them being moved all over the place constantly. This does the job. I do like it. Once screwed in it’s very stable. As you can see I screwed it into plywood so idk how it works on anything else. It has a little bit of resistance so you don’t pull off more than you want. It was fairly easy to mount although the caps included do not work. However I’ve seen that as a complaint on a lot of products. It seems to just be a bad design because the caps do not stay on. So I just used the screws. It holds a good quality roll of paper towels. Overall, I would purchase again. It’s really good for the price. If I do, next time I will get and use black screws to match the holder.

It could be a little sturdier but works about as expected. Probably would work better mounted vertically rather than horizontally.

This is the 2nd holder I bought for my home. The first is in my kitchen and just got another for our basement kitchenette. It comes with nails and adhesive so you can chose how you want to install it. I used the adhesive and it does not budge (even with 2 kids at home). Took less than a minute to put up, saves counter space and looks great!

I was not happy at first that the holder I received is not the "heavy", sturdy looking version pictured but rather a thin and "springy" version. That said, it in no way seems to effect the functional quality of the holder. Sure, it's a little "bouncy" when tearing off the towels but it doesn't effect the operation in any way nor does in bend, not even close. I secured it with the provided sticky tape which, at least for now, holds it very securely in place. The tension is perfect for one hand operation, allowing the roll to spin, unhindered, yet holding the roll securely in place while tearing off the desired number of sheets. I would have rated it 5 stars if not for the Bait and Switch. In spite of some reviews, in my opinion, it is NOT cheaply made. In my opinion, its a bargain and I recommend it highly. Just know you are NOT getting the "beefy" looking version and say Thank You for this bargain after it arrives and you actually use it...
