I use this at night as I have Sjogren's. It's similar to Biotene so it helps for a short time.

Didn’t like taste
I tried this as an alternative to my usual Biotene, however I just didn’t like the taste at all. Might be just me.In the end I threw it away and have managed to get Biotene again.

Excellent, effective oral gel for dry mouth symptoms.
Highly effective for dry mouth symptoms. Only need a small amount to make a big difference to symptoms. Especially useful at bedtime. Significantly reduces the need to drink in the night .

Excellent product for Sjorgens sufferers!
Great stuff if you have a dry mouth. I have Sjorgens Syndrome and I use this with the accompanying mouthwash and toothpaste. It has made a huge difference to my dry mouth - my tongue literally used to get stuck to the roof of my mouth overnight but no more! It has a pleasant taste and consistency too. I use it all the time now.

Not worth trying
i bought this on advise from my dentist and found it not very good at all so i bought xylimelts and they are so much better
