Woll1520DPI Diamond Lite Saucepan for Induction with Removable Handle, Diameter 20 cm, Depth 5 cm

I started a healthy cooking some time ago and I bought this pan to make my omelets grease/fat free and for that this is the best you can get. If you want to use it without fat, just go for this one. If you want to fry in it or add butter/oil and some other fats, you have to keep in mind not to put it on the highest hot setting, else it will ruin the perfect nonstick coating. You still can clean it with some soda or dishwasher soap, but I recommend Woll mainly for it's non stick non fat cooking, if you want to fry, get a cheap pan and you will be fine. Induction and heat distribution is great due to the tick bottom, also the cleaning is non existing as it is clean after use already. Get it hot before you cook and nothing will stick on it, after that wipe with wet kitchen roll and you are all set. I used it everyday for more than half an year now and it looks like the day I bough it.

This is our second of these pans, which speaks for itself. Previous one lasted about 6 years before surface started to break down and I have to admit we had seriously burnt it at times.

Already had the larger version of this, and the griddle pan. All are fantastic. Best omelettes I've ever made!

Could not use this pan as it was damaged on receipt. I filled out the return form, but I could not have a replacement pan, as I would have liked but I could if I would pay over £30.00 to have another one on top of the pan, making it over £80.00. The one I had must have been on offer.This was not my fault that it was broken and I felt that I should have been offered a replacement, I have two other Wolls, a large one with a lid and a medium one and I wanted the small one for a set. I love these pans.I would have another one if I could see what I was buying and I will not be sending for another one. I was told I would be credited by Amazon.

Not cheap but you can feel the quality when you pick them up to use great pans
