Very quick service and great laptops for the price
Really nice laptops, I love the bags and the accessories. I did have an issue and they fixed it in about 3 minutes with a new licence key. Very impressed.

Good laptop but did not include Norton.
A good laptop which arrived quickly and works well. The description said "free Norton AV" but this was missing.

Nice and Crystal clear screen
A very clear screen and lovely and fast to use. I use my laptop for the internet and being able to keep up to date with things. A bit for my community work. Also for practicing my music for choir.

Great laptop just cannot find the Norton software that was supposed to come free with it

Do not buy!!!!! If you do you will be disappointed
Steer clear a load of rubbish. I have an older Lenovo with an Intel i5 for work and it is faster and just better. The screen is dark, it is just bad bad bad. Wifi drops all the time. I checked my updates and it is still dropping. Everytime it it takes at least a minute to connect to my wifi on startup and standby it loses the connection every bloody time. I had an Acer for over 10 years, it was windows 10, on its knees at the end but still better than this piece of crap. I will be looking for a new laptop within 2 years based on this one's performance so far. Guess what? Mesh and HP will not be on my buy list. No free Norton bag ok. And I bet no one cares……..do they.

Immediately updates to Windows 11 - not what I wanted.
Not as advertised. I specifically wanted Windows 10 Pro. It is advertised with Windows 10 Pro installed - but it immediately updated to Windows 11.

Good price & great battery life.
Had to get a friend to help me set it up, quite happy with this Windows 11 laptop, long battery life, no problems at this early stage.

computer fine. Shame no wired internet socket. Unable to find the free Norton anti-virus. Have used my existing account till it expires shortly Delivery and packing excellent
