Great printer
Printer works great but pay attention when its printing. If it jams it will keep trying to print and keep shoving paper forward, worsening the jam and wasting more paper. It also relys on GOOD internet. We are in a rural area that has terrible internet so SOMETIMES connectivity is an issue. That is not a fault of the printer! Just something to be aware of. Printing quality is fantastic, crystal clear, and fast. Make sure settings on your computer are correct and tou will have beautiful 2x3 blueprints without going to a printing store!

Fast and efficient.
Arrived super quick and was ready to rock (minus paper) out of the box. Beautiful printing and quick! Need a simple plotter? This is perfect.

I wanted to love this printer. Unfortunately the newly made models (2025 versions) are not good at all. I bought and returned three (3) with the SAME issue. Severe paper jamming. Then it would stop feeding completely.Everyone I spoke with that has the printer had it before 2025 so they’re not experiencing this issue.

Great Printer After Getting Set UP.
Great Printer, However It Took A Call To HP To Get It Set Up. They Were Very Helpful.

Works great have not had any issues with this printer love it great for all types of blue prints ink last longer as well

Yellow ink come low
The yellow ink reads it's low and I only printed ink page on a regular paper. Just tried to print and it's telling me yo replace the yellow ink..

Excellent product when fully configured
Excellent product when fully configured.But... instructions basically non-existent - key steps not explained - likely takes a few re-installs.ENSURE you download clicks application or you will not plot large images - and good luck to that because the HP site fails to download working installer.Anyway, after12 hours of effort now producing accurate technical drawings.
