Despite few reviews about the bad taste, I decided to buy them anyway because of their very natural ingredients. I must say I am really happy with these proteins. No side effects, no bloating or funny skin like some other proteins powder may give. I used to buy Sun-warrior and Pulsin and have to say these are way nicer! The Vanilla taste is lovely and perfect for a banana blueberry almond or oat milk smoothie. No need to add honey to the smoothie as it has some stevia that really make it sweet! I definitely recommend these.

I've used Whey for years and it's never sat well in my stomach. I'm in the 1st week of using Perform (Vanilla). I mix with various things (kale, spinach, raw cacao, banana, MCT oil) in my nutri-bullet so can't comment on the flavour/texture neat. However, whilst there is definitely a different flavour/texture coming through I've found it to be pleasant and the smell is great, no gut issues thus far and the knowledge I'm consuming good ingredients. It's expensive but for natural ingredients, no crappy sweeteners and no bloating it's worth paying the extra.. I'm not in it for muscle gain so again can't comment on its effectiveness. I'm an endurance runner so I use for recovery/repair - hopefully it'll do the job!

Tried my first serving of this today, first impression was that it was incredibly salty to the point of being almost undrinkable! Per serving the nutritional info states that in 36 grams there is 0.01g of salt but per 100g there is 2.8g of salt! That's a huge amount of salt and it's really not good for you. Tastes inferior to some other, cheaper bulk vegan powders I've had in the past and they are less price for almost double the quantity! Biodegradable packaging is a positive and I always like to support vegan products but I think selling a product with almost 3 grams of salt per 100 grams and giving incorrect or misleading nutritional information is a bit irresponsible.

This is amazing. Finally found a product fit for my fitness training and regime. For years I've been on and off with whey proteins but having found something without ruining the components of the ingredient is just amazing. I know people might not like the taste of the hemp but what I do is after workout, I make a shake using blueberries, banana, milled chia, flaxseed, spinach and a scoop of this with oat milk. It's yum! I'm not a vegan or changing my diet to vegan but I love incorporating supplements which are made with high quality engriedents, certified organic and raw. My digestion isn't usually good when I try out new whey protein products but since I've tried this (and also I have the Nuzest Protein which is another truly amazing!!) my tummy takes it really well. It would normally make me feel gassy (and sorry to have to write this but my fart smells funny with whey protein) but this just really refreshes my digestive system. I know it's a little pricey but better this than the other alternatives which doesnt provide healthy outcomes. Thank you very much for making this product Vivo Life! I just wish this never discontinues EVER!

Nutritionally, this seems like a great option and I'm keen to support companies making good vegan protein supplements. The flavour and cost are issues for me though. This flavour *almost* tastes great. The vanilla part of the flavour is yummy, but I'm not at all fond of the hints of fennel and turmeric, even if these additives are supposedly doing good things for me. They lend a weird tang to the mix, which clashes with the fruits I usually use to make my smoothies. The flavour may be better if you just mix it with water or a non-dairy milk, and I'll admit I haven't tried that yet, but I like to use my smoothies as an opportunity to boost my fruit intake, as well as my protein. This brings me to another issue--the cost. I usually buy unflavoured vegan protein powders by Pulsin for half the price, and these blend much better with the fruits I use as my smoothie base. These Vivo Life PERFORM powders do contain more protein (in particular the BCAAs) per portion than the plain/unflavoured Pulsin powders I usually use, but the fact that the flavour is a bit too overpowering and they're twice the price does go against them. I might get used to the fennel/turmeric/peppermint tang but if not, I'm going back to the cheaper and simpler option!
