perfect desk
Bought this desk for $409 during Prime Day promotion. It only took me about 2 hours to assemble. The standing desk is very sturdy and dual motors are very smooth and quiet. The 60''x30'' table top size is perfect and I think you'll need a depth of 30'' to have enough distance between monitors and eyes. I picked the bamboo desktop and it looks/feels fantastic! The controls are easy to program and use. This product doesn't provide extra storage for the cable management. If you have a power strip, docking station, and bunch of cables waiting to be organized like I do, I suggest to get an under desk cable management tray from Amazon and your desk will be ready to GO!

The standing desk you have been looking for!
I searched and researched for months looking for the right standing desk and finally decided on the FlexiSpot 55" EC5 3 Stages Dual Motor Electric Standing Desk and it does not disappoint. First off, I thought the size was a little unusual, but it turned out to be the happy medium between the 70"+ desks and the 40" ones. The desk top is a single, sturdy piece with a nicely textured, slightly glossy top, mine is the black lightly-textured surface.I am most pleased with the assembly, motors and controller and their customer support. It took me 90 minutes from opening the box to raising and lowering the desk! All the necessary pieces were included as well as a few extra pieces just in case. The also provided some hardware for cable management. The pieces all fit together well and the instructions were clear enough, the most difficult part is the weight of the leg/motor assemblies (this is a good thing though). Be sure to get some help turning the desk upright, it is a heavy piece of furniture. As I mentioned above, those heavy motors and legs make for a smooth and quiet raising and lowering experience that is very sturdy at my sitting (25") and standing heights (41"). Even at the full ~50" height, I did not notice much wobble or rocking at all. The controller is a great, with 3 memory pre-sets for height and a timer to remind you to stand. The first few people I showed it to commented on how cool it was that the desk would softly stop at the pre-set heights, it makes an impression of solid quality. Finally, I must say how great the customer support was that kept me constantly informed on the status of my order. I received my legs much sooner than I was supposed to, but without the desk top. Patricia and the people at FlexSpot immediately contacted me (before I even reached out to them!) to resolve the situation right away!Great desk, great company! ...would recommend!

Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing
I've been using this standing desk for a few weeks now and I love it so far! I went with the 48" x 30" all white option, to match the aesthetics in my home. I've received many compliments on this desk when guests are over as well.During shipment, it came in two boxes. One was for the table top while the other was for the metal support system. Everything was packaged nicely and I appreciated that the sets of screws needed for each step, was packed in it's own bag compartment. This made things much easier to find, instead of having to pour every screw out to measure and separate them. This desk took a little longer for us to put together than expected, but the instructions were very easy to follow. Instead of drilling the extra holes to hold the control box, I ended up using command tape.Even though I got the smaller desk size, there's still plenty of space for me to work with. I'm currently working with just a laptop, but plan to add a few monitors, and eventually one curved monitor. I love that I can adjust and save the height to each memory button. Having the option to sit or stand throughout the day, helps me to stay more active and keeps me from having back problems. I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

Excellent
It moves up and down with the touch of a button smoothly. IT GOES LOW ENOUGH. I am a very short person and a lot of adjustable desks don't go low enough. THIS ONE DOES. It's also very nice looking and made from quality materials. Worth the money.

Very nice sturdy desk, strong quiet motors, aesthetically pleasing.
Very sturdy and nice looking desk once assembled. Beautiful finish on the bamboo desktop. But not all one piece as I saw advertised on many other competitors for less which is a bit disappointing. Clearly glued together with small pieces, but that said it's very well done. Now the assembly instructions were absolutely horrible. It was more like an IQ test of figuring out which parts I had and where to place them out of elimination. They should be much better, and some written steps would have helped tremendously. In the end, with little fanfare, I did get it together and all cables secured. Maybe provide a You Tube video people that are less mechanically included than me to reference?

Sturdy height programmable standing desk
I did a lot of research for budget standing desks without compromising features and I'm really happy about choosing the black desk here. The black color makes dust not easily seen, and the dual motor, three stage legs make for a super sturdy and quick moving desk. It has three programmable buttons for different heights, really after setting those up, I never found myself using the up and down arrows anymore as you have to hold them down to move the desk. With the anti collision, the desk does take a few steps back when it pushes against or tugs something, and I'd much rather leave this feature on, in case i might disconnect a cable running down the desk. You do have to screw in the controls and all the parts to the table top itself, but the one time setup is worth it for such a sturdy desk.

Day 1 with my new Sit/Stand Desk
It was received in 2 packages on 2 different days so don't stress too much! The desk top arrived first and the base arrived a few days later. Both boxes are HEAVY. The packaging was very well done and nothing was damaged.Instructions aren't great but they are not that bad either. Take your time and it will all go together with no issues. A power drill with a Phillips bit would be a nice to have but you can still do it with just a Phillips screwdriver. Might take you a bit longer to put together.Dual motors work well. Fairly quiet when raising it up and down. Very easy to set preferences for standing and sitting. Basically raise to the sit or stand level you want. Hit the M button and choose your Stand or Sit icon...or the number 3 or 4 if you have more than the two heights you want. Done.Came with castors which have already come in handy moving the desk around. It is easy to move to give yourself some room at the back to setup all of your equipment for example.I purchased some no drill racks to use underneath for better cable management but it's not something you need to buy. There are Velcro cable management ties and some other accessories for you to use. The racks I am referring to --> https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09L63QJM6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1This is a well built beast of a desk. I have a 40" monitor and I wanted to make sure I purchased something that could hold that weight easily along with my computer. The desk top is absolutely beautiful in my opinion. If you are on the fence about a sit/stand desk...don't be. Having the ability to stand for even 15-20 minutes at a time is a huge benefit. So it's day 1 with my purchase and I am extremely happy with it. Hope my review gives you the information you need to help make your decision. I hope to add an update somewhere down the road after I've had it for a good long while.Cheers and happy shopping!

Solid desk and instructions get you where you need to be
The desk is as advertised, parts seem solid and so far is a stable, set up. Am 6'7 (201cm) and can get the desk to to a very reasonable height for my size.
