Coolibar Beach Shawl - UPF 50+ Sun Protection - Sanibel

I've been eying this for a while and finally spoiled myself before my recent cruise. It's really nice to have. Sure, you can block sun with a towel, but this lightweight shawl/scarf works for a lot more than that. I used it as a travel scarf and blanket on my flights, too. The lightweight quality made it easy to wash in the tub to get all the airplane germs off, and it dried quickly for use on my vacation. I draped it over my little packable sun shade to add more protection from the sides, and it worked great for that. It also served as a blanket when the breeze was chilly. So it's got a lot of functionality for a strip of fabric, basically. It's soft, too.

Perfect size & weight to use from traveling on a plane to sitting on the beach or enjoying an outdoor event. Soft cotton and nicely finished. Love that it has sun protection. Can’t wait to use it more!

I need a scarf with a higher SPF. This is lightweight and versatile. It’s great in the warmer weather it’s great for sun protection.

I used this shawl all around Disney World. It was great in the parks to keep the sun off my neck and shoulders while standing in lines. I could use it to mop up sweat, give myself cover, have a little cushion to sit on, or just pack it away when I didn't need it. It folds up pretty small despite how large it is. It's pretty soft and was comfortable to wear. It does get a bit wrinkly but wasn't super noticeable. It's not only great in the heat! It was really nice going from the heat outside to indoors with the air conditioning. I would get cold and could take out this shawl to cover up my arms or legs. It was also nice when I had to work because I could wear a tank top dress outside in the heat and then cover up to look more professional when needed.

I bought this for a trip to Greece & Turkey. The fabric feels great and packed up small so it didn't take much space in my carry-on. It is pretty versatile too as you can use for a scarf, a shawl style wrap, or a sarong style wrap. Also love that fabric is UFP for sun protection. Great purchase & I was happy to have it on my trip.

I ordered 2 of these “shawls”. They are light weight and yet, have texture and offer great coverage. Mostly, I love their SPF and the sun protection they provide. They are perfect for travel and for outdoor leisure activity in the sun. They are also “dressy” and perfect for dinners, events, etc. I highly recommend them. Peggy E.

This wrap is perfect for a trip to the beach, airplane or afternoon out. I felt confident that I was nicely protected from the sun when I used the wrap. I will likely buy more colours. They’ll also make great gifts for travellers, sport enthusiasts and anyone else looking for some sun protection and coverage.

Love the feel of this scarf. Its not slippy like a lot of others. Very classy look but can be used for casual or dressed up. Good size and drapes well.
