Lithium Orotate 2.5mg (1 Bottle), 60 Vegetarian Capsules

The 2.5 lithium orotate is the perfect amount to help with my severe anxiety, panic attacks, and inattentive ADD. It feels like a nice calm has taken over my brain and I can finally relax and focus. I've tried every medication there is to help my problems - only the severe drugs worked - which I didn't want to be putting in my body long term. Lithium orotate is helping. I took the 5mg and it increased my anxiety and gave me the shakes - so I decreased the mg and went to 2.5 instead and it has been perfect. I also take with zinc and a slew of other herbs and I feel great. I'm thankful to have found something that seems to actually be working. I will update if anything changes in the next few weeks. Edit/Update: This is a year later and I wanted to update that this has stopped working for me unfortunately and I no longer take it. I had some pretty nasty side effects from this alone and knew it was time to stop.

I loved this product. Really does a great job with upping mood and energy.

Of course, the problem is that you don't know if it works - no one can know. But research is out there and this is one of the few formulations that has the right amount for this purpose. Small pills make it easy to add to your regimen. Worth a try, especially if you're worried about aging.

Lithium orotate is a nice supplement, really helps me feel more calm. 5mg is too much for me for one dose, but 2.5mg, if I take it at night, is a nice dose.

Increased anxiety!!!!

This worked well for me jn unfortunately it is no longer available . That's too bad.I was happy with the dose of two point five, and there is no other brand that I know of that has a two point five.Dosage, so i'm going with another brand . Maybe they'll come Back.

This product has been life-changing for me. My body is extremely sensitive to medications, especially in doses that doctors consider normal. Anti-depressants are so full of side effects that more drugs are needed to battle the insomnia, headaches, shortness of breath, and everything else we’ve come to expect from “modern” medicine. I read about lithium orotate in Alternatives newsletter and decided to try the tiniest dose available. 2.5 mg by Weyland is what I found. Just 1 pill every morning and I can’t believe how happy I am. Actually happy. 2 pills is too much for me, I felt a little hyper, and I haven’t noticed any other side effects. So for now, I can enjoy being happy and sleeping like a baby!
