I like the look and function of the earphones, but unfortunately they just don't sit or stay in my ears well enough to keep them. Color is great and the sound quality is good. Just a bad fit in my ears.

great earphones & case (needed new earphones for my new phone since company doesn’t provide them) Anyway the earphones work great and this company was nice to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Wish every company had customer service like that!

These keep popping out of my ears.

Works fine most of the time. But three times since I've bought it, it had randomly and without warning emitted an ear-piercing and sustained shriek. The sound is extremely painful and could damage a person's hearing. I do not recommend. I threw these away and all not buy again.

I don’t want AirPods because I’m afraid to lose them, but needed a new set of wired headphones with the new iPhone. I really like the color and the sound quality. My only issue is that they don’t fit as well inside my ear as the iPhone ones used to. They feel a little loose, and I’m afraid that they’ll fall out. At least I won’t lose them, though!
