Received my camcorder packaged and delivered professionally, I haven't used it yet but everything looks to be as described in the information, I am satisfied with the item and looking forward to using it shortly.

The media could not be loaded. I like to create stop videos.My camera cannot focus on action figure faces. It makes me consider sending it back.

Oh dear what a disappointment.I should have known better to be honest.This camera is a cheap Chinese replica of the Canon XA60 camera. They look practically identical in every way. But that’s about as good as it gets unfortunately.I wanted a simple video camera to film my live events instead of using my iPhone.Upon opening the box it all looked quite good. Until you switch the thing on. You’re greeted with a very cheap sounding intro. You scroll through the menus and you can already feel its cheapness with the programs. It feels all very 1990s.So you set the thing up and start recording. Once you’ve recorded a few things you plug it into the computer to see what you’ve got.Firstly your iMac won’t see it because the cameras using some cheap old Linux operating software and is not compatible. So I have to resort to windows instead.I finally manage to get the files from the camera using windows.Then I finally get to view what I’ve recorded.Oh my god. I didn’t know it could be this bad.It made my instrument playing into a Michael Jackson’s thriller dance routine.It was freezing. Glitching and breaking up pixelating on every resolution setting.The sound from the mic is absolutely horrendous.You’d get better sound from a cassette player from the 80s playing in a public toilet.The picture quality is worse than old vhs video. Colours are off. And worse in low light.So the experience is a total disaster.The cameras either faulty or just totally rubbish.If it’s for a 10 year old then it might just suffice.Don’t waste your money and buy a brand make.Thanks for reading.
