I have used this before, definitely recommend it.
I have used this coffee machine at work and it was great! So great I needed to buy it for myself! It's easy to use, no complications there. It's small and compact for my area selection in my apartment. The thing I can complain about is not having the right thermal. My thermal is too tall for it but that's just an issue I need to resolve. The drip rate can be a bit much. So when you think you got all of the drip out. Nope. Just place a folded piece of napkin to catch the rest and you'll be alright. I absolutely love the quality it gives my coffee brew. The color I went for wasn't the original color I wanted but it was on sale for this color so I can't complain on that. Brew time is good, not too long but not too quick. So if you want to clean up a bit or get something warmed up it's enough time. Will purchase again because it's great for ground and k cup. Love the flexibility.

Pleasantly surprised! Works like my Cuisinart coffee maker.
I returned another brand single serve coffee maker after realizing I didn't want to deal with the "delicate," as stated, k-cup piercing and water flow combination, and it didn't come with a ground coffee basket (misread some reviews that weren't about a different unit that came with one). I was interested in it because it said it had 4 holes to distribute the water, something I know to be a good idea. I've used Cuisinart coffee makers with a similar system (see pic) for years. Then I ordered the Tastyle Mini and realized it has multiple holes in the ground coffee basket (see pic). It makes great coffee! I'm still experimenting with the water to coffee ratio to find the right balance. I love the side panel choices of 6-14 oz cups. Easy to use, with your own coffee or k-cups. Nice simple style, with a few great features. Great price!

Nice and compact
Perfect mini maker for my since I'm by myself. A little bummed that a travel mug won't fit under it. But works fine.

Practical coffee maker and at a good price!
This is a perfect coffee maker!, I got it and it is so easy and practical; you can use it for cold or hot water and it has the measures for a cup or a tumbler to have a delicious coffe or tea. It came on time and I went with black so it matches with any kitchen I decided to be in. So yes, not expensive, good quality and easy to use.

You only want to use the ‘over ice’ function, regular is HOT. Works great though!
Got this for the jobsite trailer for break. It’s 800 watts so it’s not adding a huge load to the circuit when in use. Most models had preset 6,8,10oz cup options and you’d have to hit it again to fill a larger cup. This one runs until the tanks empty. Using pods I only use 8oz or it gets a bit watered down but when I use the basket and my own coffee grounds I want to poke the button and come back to a full done cup. Not stand there waiting a minute just to poke it again for a second cycle. Now, this has 2 buttons on top. One marked ‘hot brew’ and one marked ‘over ice’. You don’t want the ‘hot brew’ option. It’s the hottest damn coffee I’ve ever had. It would give old ladies from the 90s PTSD. I haven’t measured the temp but it has to be just under boiling. You’ll want to use ‘over ice’ if you want functionally drinkable coffee. It’s still exceptionally hot and needs to be sipped but it won’t scald your tongue off leaving you with coffee in an insulated cup you can’t drink for a couple hours. I sharpied the Hot Brew button black to match the case so the guys wouldn’t notice it and just hit the Over Ice blue button, worked perfectly. The build is what you’d expect from a coffee maker. It’s light and thin. We also have a similar size and operation Keurig that seems to take half the time to make a cup of coffee. It takes this unit about 2 minutes for 10oz. Perhaps if the pump pushed twice as fast the water wouldn’t have as much time heating up and the buttons would apply to the setting better and the coffee would be made quicker? Overall I’m happy with my purchase. It’s small and compact and works. Doesn’t draw too much power so we can run another pod coffee maker or a small microwave at the same time. Using the basket though I tend to make 16-20oz cups so I wish it was a bit taller. I pulled its removable base out and set it on a little box that’s 4” tall so I can put my taller insulated cups under it.

Good starter machine
Good little coffee maker. Easy to use not noisy easily to clean and I have mine in black. My only complaint is that there is no pre set ounce or any way to auto stop it just goes until you hit the power button

Good enough for an occasional cup but pricey
I don't think it is worth what I paid for it. It is tall for iced coffee, but not wide enough for a regular mug to sit inside the platform. Of course, a wider mug can straddle it but a regular cup has to sit one side on the lip. Heats water well but no auto-shutoff when reservoir runs dry. Good enough for an occasional cup.

Wish it was faster
It's a pretty good coffee maker but it's not what you would call high performance because it makes the cup of coffee slower than my Keurig k slim. The coffee comes out really hot and one thing I've noticed is you have to open the lid to remove your K-Cup before it stops trying to pump the water out even if it's empty, or at least that's what it seems like on my first couple of tries. Also, after the lid is opened and you've walked away while you're drinking your cup, you may still hear sounds coming from the machine like it's trying to purge out bubbles or air. I would have given it five stars if it was faster. Other than that I haven't seen any issues so far.

My niece love it

It didn’t work as expected. Not heating the water enough and you need very specific pods for it, not all pods will work. Would not recommend it
