I have been looking for so long for a good source of organic dried ginger root
I have been looking for so long for a good source of organic dried ginger root...so happy to have found one! I brew it as tea. Excellent!

High quality product. Great flavor. Makes great tea that tastes great and provides relief for stomach issues.

This is by far my favorite ginger root, I’ve tried another popular brand and was not at all a fan. This one makes the best tea. My oldest son also enjoys it. We simply do raw honey and fresh lemon juice. I do use a lot more ginger than what’s recommended, my like 2-3tsp more 8oz, we love a lot of ginger flavor!

Not the cheapest, but always the best quality

I started using this to make concentrated ginger tea for a friend with cancer, then kept making it because it's so popular among my friends and family with serious GI problems (reflux disease, diverticulitis, hiatal hernia, celiac/sprue, colon cancer). I soften a half cup of this ginger in hot water, add a couple cups of hot water, pulverize it with a stick blender, add more hot water, pulverize it some more, do it again, then strain equal parts into two quart jars, top them off with water, and refrigerate. Three tablespoons of the concentrate with a teaspoon or so of honey makes a tangy cup of tea that settles and sooths the stomach. Using Manuka honey increases the health benefits (you can reasearch this). I used to soak the ginger overnight, but once it soaks up the water and rehydrates, it doesn't want to release the liquid and the resulting tea wasn't as popular.

The perfect dried ginger for blending masala chai (if you're not using fresh ginger).
