These inserts definitely make you feel noticeably taller, and they stayed put the entire day when I wore them. Nice to have three different heights as well.Recommend.

I bought these for some Halloween shoes, and while I can't say I've worn lots of other insole lifts to compare them to, I have worn a lot of heels, and compared to those, these seem dangerously soft and unsupportive. There was a noticeable collapse point as I stood up and shifted my weight onto them, and it was bad enough to hurt my knees if I wasn't really careful when I did it. Maybe if you are really careful when you are breaking them in, they will hold their compressed shape eventually and be safer, but I don't know, seems risky. I ended up only using them for photos, and they did make me taller for that, but I didn't feel safe using them all day in costume.
