Difference between both

The important difference in these pans is "NO cooking spray" which means using butter or olive oil and cooking at a lower temperature. My husband makes pancakes in these pans and likes them. I usually make grilled cheese sandwiches and they come out great. Both sides need to be greased, but NOT sprayed.

5 1/4-8" from bottom of pan to top edge. Great pan for pancakes!

Do they make a larger version of this pan? Like 10 inch or 12 inch?

No. This pan is somewhat difficult to find.
