Seemed great at first and now it won’t hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. Very very poor battery performance.

WOW!!! This tablet is so awesome that I don't know where to begin. I've never been so excited to receive something. It didn't disappoint. I'll start with something that's very important, service. It was excellent before I purchased it and after receiving it. I wanted something that would met my needs and have special features. First the display isThe sound with quad speakers is beyond belief. I could go through all of the features and specifications but please be ready to experience that yourself. From the minute that I saw it until I put it through its paces, well I'm very pleased with everything that it offers. This isn't a little feature but a very important one, you can put up to a 1 terabyte micro sd in for pictures documents, applications, etc. If has ample memory along with a 256gb if Rom and that's huge. I could write and write about this tablet which is way better than my pc and probably than most. Go ahead and order it so you can add your comment. There are typically 5 stars. We'll I'm sorry but that's not enough. This has to be 10 starts at a minimum!!!

The tablet is pretty good runs apps smoothly and has all of the right specs that it claims it has the only issue ive had is the storage for the Android system 13 takes 43gb of storage and continues to go up if you download more apps but its not too dramatic of a change Ive downloaded 8.6 gb worth of apps soo far and its went up roughly 13gb but the system I think is catching up with itself because when I look at the app that reads the device specs it says it's taking more storage then what it shows in the system but at the same time if anything happens to the enternals of the device tge device has a lifetime warrenty. If it gets worse I will change my review.

The numbers are great. But are held back with the older MediaTek MT8183 chipset. Streaming seems to be fine even though it says in the advertisement it's 5G capable. The chipset says it's not compatible. The playback on YouTube on any setting seem to have a lag almost seems to have a real low refresh rate than even 60hz. Play back seems jittery not smooth even in 480p settings. Multitasking is ok but after opening more than 2 apps there is a lag on bringing up recent apps. Customization and user interface is great. Speakers are loud and clear. Screen is clear, but while in playback side by side to an older samsung tab s2 at 1440p you can see there is a clear difference in clarity and refresh rate. The samsung is better even though it's older. I would pass on this tablet and go for the equally priced samsung a9+ that has better support and a snap dragon processor which is way faster. Also has better screen performance, even though this claims to be 2k.

This is a very belated review. I bought this for e" and malware they identified as APT. mergencies ... one finally arrived and moments after booting my fortigate wit unified threat mgmt flagged "mirai" along with an APT malware. Wipe/restore did nothing as the malware populates the restore partition, too. I have not contacted the seller yet so i will updatemthis post if i find a solution for booting w/o malware. Zlso, the os itself was not being updated.
