I smoked cigarettes for 13 years. Tried to quit with vaping. Got hooked on vaping for 2 years. I decided a few months ago it was time to quit for my health. I have ordered this gum a few times now & its helped me so much. Im smoke free & vape free for months now. The flavor isn't extremely strong, but it does the trick.
