Poor customer service re order cancellation
This post is not specific to this product. I recently tried to purchase through the the Asus company website a ProArt P16 with the 64 GB configuration. After accepting my order, about two minutes later my order was cancelled by Asus. I did this a total of three times with my order cancelled each time. I verified with my bank that they approved the transaction each time. Asus customer service could not give me the specific reason my order was cancelled - basically just kept telling me the "payment system" rejected my order for some reason. While the agents were cordial, they weren't able to help me with a pretty simple problem. Be aware.
