Wonderful cooling towel
I am one of a small number of men who have a slightly higher than average blood temperature. That means I do not deal well with hot weather. These towels are a god-send when travelling. I can get overheated very quickly in summer especially in July and August - in the USA or Europe. This cooling towel is a real boon especially when there is no air conditioning.It is extremely easy to use. Soak in water for a couple of minutes, wring it out and then 'snap' the cloth three - four times and the towel becomes cold. Depending on the ambient temperature it can stay cold for a couple of hours or in hot weather only thirty minutes BUT the beauty is that however long the towel remains cold you can repeat the process over and over again.PS. I got this on recommendation for a multi day sports event I was competing in in France in June last year. Hot weather, limited shelter and Long days can take their toll.I was a bit skeptic AK and, like a fool, I didn’t use it for the first few days. Sure enough, I came down with heatstroke (first time for me.) It became part of my recovery/continuity routine for the last few days of the comp and worked much better than I expected.This one came in a packet but I would recommend the type that comes in bottle. That way you can conserve the precious water you use to wet it so you don’t have to carry extra.

Fabulous 'magic' lightweight cooling towel
So pleased I decided to purchase these, all my family use them although it's probably my 5 yr old who gets the most use out of them - she has always struggled with being too hot so this is perfect for her to drape around the neck whilst she's playing or having it across her forehead when she's 'chilling' - she enjoys doing the 'snapping' to make the towel cool again, in her words 'it's magic!!' 👍
