As the price was very low for the description I was not expecting what got delivered,,,,, WOW!!!!!!! It's sssooo expensive looking,,, it's holds a strong heavy weight to it,,, really really simple fitting,,,,,,, and extremely easy to manage with the spray or stay tap option....

Looks good but will take time to install

Very simple to install, however the colour coded tails appeared to be the wrong way round, meaning you turn the tap to hot for cold water and vice versa. Simple fix is to reverse the tails, which only takes a couple of minutes.I bought this to replace a pull out mixer that had deteriorated badly, the big issues with the pull out tap are that the flexi hose wears out from friction as it’s pulled out and back in again, thousands of times, the weight on the hose to withdraw it after use can snag in the cupboard below and the tap head wears out from switching between spray and flow. This clever replacement gets around those problems by having fewer moving parts and separate spouts for flow and spray.I’ve obviously only just fitted this so I can’t comment on its durability.

There are some major issues with this product;1) The installation is extremely difficult. It you are not experienced as fitting taps / plumbing you WILL struggle as this does not have very good instructions and the fittings need additional components to make them fit your existing pipework.2) After a few months, the product is already leaking when the cold tap is turned on.3) And worst of all - a major design fault, the mixing of hot and cold is done within the body of the tap - what this means is that if you have high-pressure cold and low-pressure hot, which is common situation in UK homes, if you turn both taps on (i.e. mix hot and cold) the high pressure cold pushes back up your hot pipes and back into your hot water tank.Overall, I am very unimpressed with this product and am now going to have to remove it and replace with a better product. :-(

Really nice well made tap that works great only problem was finding something to tighten fixer nut

This is a very nice stylish tap and looks really nice once assembled.However be warned that fitting the tap was a major issue. this was mostly a guessing game because the instructions that came in the box are terrible. The pictures and the text did not match and the pictures did not match what was in the box. The instructions do not provide any information on what type of tap connectors are used and neglects to inform you what pipework / connectors are required. Eventually after lots of googling I managed to work out that I needed a compression coupler.Also very frustrating is that nothing is provided to support for the weight of the tap for underneath the sink. Unless you have an EXTREMELY sturdy sink, you will need to buy an additional support bracket to hold the tap in position from the bottom to prevent the tap bending and warping the sink. The two tap functions are very handy and it looks very stylish. I am happy with the end result but I would not purchase this brand again due to the terrible instructions.

This is heavily built and srylish, far above what the price suggests.

The expandable hose fits snuggly insides the rotating chrome arm.This arm has a hard plastic sleeve that prevents the chrome nose from being scratched.However, after a short period of use the plastic insert cracked and fell out.Really disappointed at poor workmanship.Cannot recommend this item
