I went through a period in which I was getting one cavity after another, despite the fact that I do not eat sweets very much. I liked that it had no alcohol and that I only had to use it once a day. For the past year and a half I have used the rinse nightly after brushing. The formula is a mild mint that doesn't make me want to spit it out the instant I begin to swish. Best of all are the reports I have received from my dentist during this entire period: no cavities! I credit ACT with this recurring good news. ACT is an inexpensive and effective way to prevent tooth decay.

This mouth wash is for prevention purposes, cleans and keeps your teeth strong. There has been a significant change in my teeth ever since I’ve used it. It is visibly cleaner and has that smooth and fresh feel you get right after the dentist. I had 0 cavities when I went to get a dental checkup. I follow the instructions and don’t drink or eat anything before the 30 minutes are up and I use this once a day.

Doesn't burn my mouth like other brands. Doesn't have a bad taste either.

Decent taste, not overly sharp and unique bottle design limits to just giving out the recommended 10ml amount of liquid. I'm satisfied!
