Better than I thought
I got 2 of these to replace a ceiling fan in a room with a low ceiling. I was expecting them to not be the best but I was pleasantly surprised. Installation was simple with existing wiring. It took about 5 minutes each to remove the fans and put these up. They are much brighter than I expected, I had to turn them down and adjust the color but it was easy enough. 1 remote can control multiple lights but you have to be right underneath it so you adjust them 1 at a time. They turn on and off with the normal light switch and once you use the remote to adjust the brightness and color they will stay that way after being turned off so you don't have to worry if you lose the remote. I have no complaints. The only thing I can say for sure is how long they will last. I think I've had mine for about 6 months and still going strong.

Great product and excellent cutomer service
Needed to light stairway and this light was a perfect solution. It was easy to install and operate. Several months after purchasing the light, I lost the remote. I reached out to Dupuley customer service and they were very responsive and able to help me even though my purchase was so long ago. I highly recommend this light.

Bright, adjustable, mostly easy to use
The first one arrive broken, amazon sent another right away. The 2nd one arrived intact and good to go. Installation was straight forward. The quality of the item... eh. Its an inexpensive item and the materials reflect that; namely the mounting bracket. The remote is interesting, to say the least. Clearly its over engineered... but for the purposes of setting color temp & brightness, works ok. We put this on a 10ft hallway ceiling - its low profile and plenty bright.

Great light! Dimmable! Good customer service!
I purchased this light in 2020. It still works great! The remote got dropped and broke in 2023. Contacted the company and they have helped me get a replacement remote. This company responded to my messages in a timely manner.

Never worked great. Totally failed in less than 60 days
I almost never leave product reviews, but I bought this light substantially off the high average reviews and it is hard to believe those positive reviews are legitimate. The instructions were poor - primarily just pictures. The installation bracket does not fit U.S. ceiling light boxes - and it is not even close - it is larger by inches - and it could have been made to fit by adding/drilling one hole in the bracket. It is clear this was never designed for use in the U.S. The fact that the bracket does not fit made the instructions worthless, as they were literally impossible to follow. The metal is very thin and soft/pliable. I feared the light was going to not work from the moment I took it out of the box because of how flimsy it looked and felt. And, it never worked great. It was slow to turn on when you flick the light switch on the wall. Often, mine would flash like a strobe light when I turned it on and I would have to turn it off and turn it on again to "reset" it. That happened about 40% of the time. Often when this happened, it would switch from warm to cool light (or the reverse). The remote was super-cheap - thin, light plastic that flexed and creaked if you ever gripped it tightly. It worked most of the time, but not always. Finally, at about 45 days of running (but not perfectly), the light stopped turning on, whether for the light switch or the remote. I get that even some great products will have occasional bad units that come off the line. MAYBE that is the case here. But I don't think I have ever purchased a technological product that I had less confidence in upon seeing and handling it.

An excellent light, with some peculiar caveats
Update: Docking a star. Although we didn't make the connection immediately, it has come to my knowledge that this light actually interferes with two of my local OTA (antenna) TV channels. When this light is on, those two channels go out completely. That's how bad the interference is. I have no choice but to search for a different light.Ok, so, I really do like this light. My bedroom is quite small, even for a bedroom, so the 18w light really is a bit too bright for normal everyday use. But I tinker quite a bit and need bright light for that, so I wanted a light that was bright but dimmable. Also, since this is a bedroom light, I specifically wanted something that I could use as daylight light for when I need clear bright light, plus something that I could swap over to warm white (yellow) light for when it's time to wind down for sleep. Since blue light has been shown in studies to make it harder to sleep and all. For my purposes, this light definitely ticks all the boxes. However... There are some peculiarities with this light. First off, the listing says it's a 90+ CRI light, but the installation instructions that came with it say it's a more-typical 80 CRI. I have no way to measure which statement is true, and the light is definitely "good enough", but the ambiguity here is somewhat unfortunate. Also, the light has four specific presets on the remote. "Daylight", "Full Bright", "Warm White", and "Nightlight". Daylight turns on just the blue-tinted LCDs. Warm white turns on just the yellow-tinted LCDs. Full bright turns on all the LCDs. So far so good. What strikes me as strange is that the "nightlight" button activates all of the LCDs, and dims them down to a low level. In my small room, it's actually still too bright, but even more puzzling, it's an equal mix of the blue and yellow LCDs instead of being a dimmed version of just the yellow LCDs. Again, blue light hinders sleep, so a nightlight should always be warm white as a rule. Or, at least, that's my personal opinion. Also, noting that the nightlight function wasn't exactly the color temperature I wanted, I tried switching to just "warm white" and then dimming it down as far as it would go... Alas, "dimming" the lights never dims them down as far as the "nightlight" setting goes. When dimming manually, at its dimmest, I'm guessing it's something like the equivalent of a 40w incandescent. "Nightlight" is a fair bit lower than that.Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Not only is it affordably priced, but the versatility is excellent. But I just can't justify giving it a full 5 stars since the CRI listing is contradictory and, for the sake of simplicity, its full potential versatility is reduced by the remote's settings.
