It works just as it should

Works good, sometimes it gets hung up and you have to work it back and forth to get it to “re-ink” when you do multiple stamps. No other problems I found

**UPDATE : Manufacturer contacted us and issued a full refund for this product. But, only after a negative review. This manufacturer needs to touch base with Amazon and let them know how to handle their refunds/replacements.** Upon receipt of this item, we could see that the customization was correct, which was good. However, when we attempted to change the date to test the imprint, the stamp casing fell off, and the components misaligned. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or what, but I asked Amazon for a replacement/refund on it, and they said they can't do anything at all to help because it's against the manufacturer's policy to return it or refund it. Additionally, I'm not sure why they don't have band covers to cover the wheels/numbers at all because you get a lot of ink on your fingers when attempting to turn the wheels. They really should make this with covers. So, we wasted money (as well as 3 weeks of waiting time for shipping) on something we didn't even get to use. Don't even waste your time with this product or this company -- just buy something from someone else to save the stress.

Product arrived within the timeframe originally provided. The product is correct - correct word, correct colour. But the stamp itself is not great. The font is thinner than expected and the stamp pad is already heavily indented so I added ink to help it ink better.

I have had a great feedback from my colleague regarding my stamp. It’s easy and efficient to use. They were all asking where I bought it. Recommended to all the healthcare professionals, will save you time for signing just stamp and done.

For the price I paid - nearly $34 - I can quite honestly say it is s piece of junk. Amazon usually provides good quality merchandise, but this particular item is flimsy, the date-changing mechanism is hard on the fingers and very difficult to read and the date print is almost illegible. In a nutshell, I am very disappointed in my purchase and even more disappointed that Amazon won't take it back (which I can understand) or even give me a refund. Considering I have spent almost $1200.00 on Amazon merchandise. it kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
