I have been a grateful member of Al-Anon for many years. Anyone whose life has been affected by someone with an addiction can learn to have peace and serenity in spite of others around us. Al-Anon is especially for anyone who lives or has lived with an alcoholic. We meet together to share our experience, strength, and hope. We cannot change another person, but we can learn how to recover from the negative affects and emotions brought on by the problem of a loved one.

It is exactly the same book that I would have gotten if I had bought it from the group I was with

It is what it says.You really don't need the workbook.But if you want to spend the money it's nice.

thanks for this used copy and the lack of totally being marked up but having some marks ,,, just enough that my marks are different from the ones it came with.
