We had a subscription for another flavor, but wanted to try something new. Great flavor. This would be perfect cold on a hot day. We love the clean ingredients and the focus that it gives us. The little bump of ketones for energy is a plus also.

I mix this with my protein powder and, while it isn't gourmet, it doesn't taste terrible. It is not clumpy, and dissolves well. I will continue to order

Disappointed. This was so sweet, it wasun -drinkable. Mixed as directed in unsweetened almond milk ( so sweet I was gagging). Tried second day only used half a scoop and still overpowering sweet.

I've been doing Keto for about 6 months and one of the difficult things for me to do is remain in ketosis throughout the day. Thanks to this keto supplement I'm able to mix up a batch about every 3 to 4 hours. The formula for best taste is trial and error but I think I found my "best taste zone" by mixing 2 scoops in a 12 ounce container of ice cold water...shake and mix thoroughly....pour 6 ounces into a 16 ounce cup or glass and fill the rest of the cup with ice cold water...it cuts down the bitter or "salty" taste of the supplement, according to my taste buds anyway. Best part is this product is helping me shed about 0.98 pounds per day....My routine: I eat 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties for breakfast (order this ala carte at McDonald's drive thru) and 1 large black coffee.....at 10 am, I mix up a batch of my Patriot Pop keto supplement and sip on that to noon and then chow down on 2.6 ounces of Star Kist Hickory Smoked Tuna with MCT oil mixed in and wash it down with my keto supplement...I mix another batch of the keto supplement and that usually gets me through about 5 pm....I'd like to add that I drink about 48 ounces of water during the day too....for dinner, I usually fix a filet mignon, about 6 ounces and pair it up with 1/2 a cup of steamed spinach or broccoli....doesn't sound like a lot of food but in all honesty, the keto supplement seems to keep me filled up where I'm not hungry by the time dinner rolls around. I give the product high marks for taste and it actually works.

I have been living on my plateau for a year now, I’m 37 just for age reference (when I was 19 I ate cheesecake and never gained weight)Anyway, this was expensive for my budget but I splurged” since I said it’s my birthday yada yadaI have been “keto” been going to gym, been starving, fasting intermittent etc every thing on earthBut my weight was stuck at 135+Coming to the point, I took half a scoop to test how my body reacts, overnight seemed no problemThen I boldly too a scoop yesterdayAnd half a scoop before bedSo 2 scoops in 48hr -ishI’m 133 today broke that PESKY plateau!!!If it stops working I’ll write another review, but breaking plateau it worked

This supplement works, and the flavor is excellent. It tastes sweet and not like medicine. I have no hesitation in drinking it daily.
