It was awesome the first couple of times I used it, healthy pop corn came out like magic. However, after using it only 4-5 times, the internal fan is not spinning anymore & the kernels just get burnt inside. It is broken. Unable to contact the seller to claim the 1 year warranty. Not recommended to buy this.

Useless product. Complete waste of money. It worked only for the first couple of uses. After just 4–5 times, the internal fan completely stopped, and the machine now only burns kernels instead of popping them. The product is effectively dead within days. The seller claims a 1-year warranty, but that is misleading — neither the seller nor the manufacturer is reachable. No response, no support, no resolution. This is cheaply made, has no quality control, and zero after-sales service. Do not buy this product. Strongly NOT recommended.
