Relieved so much pain while a breast-feeding putting these in the fridge or in the freezer worked perfectly. I would rub some nipple cream and it was heaven sent. I would fall asleep with these all the time. They’re also very easy to clean with just some dish soap and water. They are also significantly cheaper here on Amazon versus anywhere else.

They appeared old and used

These started out fine for just keeping the fabric off my bra off of my sensitive nipples during breastfeeding, but I didn't experience any of the "natural healing" everyone talks about with silverettes. These are definitely cheaper quality, too. And it's just silver coated, which has started to peel away and I've actually completely stopped using them. They saved my store nipples in the beginning when I was getting used to the early breastfeeding days, but if you're looking for something long term, I would invest in real silverettes or another option. However, for the cheap price, they function just fine, they're small and comfortable enough, and even hold on the tiny leaks that happen (mostly) but if you have potential to leak a lot, these are not leak proof enough for you. They're easy enough to clean but I'm thinking that's why they started to peel as I would wipe them with alcohol free anti bacterial spray every day.

10/10 these are amazing. Functionality, comfort, durability, value for the money and design are all top notch. Very durable. I use them daily and take all pain away and healed my thrush. I buy for every baby shower now!
