Good quality, works for scar treatment and lasts for ages
Recommended by my therapist for scar treatment, along with massage therapy. This has been a success. Can cut to size if required and really does what it says it does on the label - sticks every time (I use it at night) and with a wash it's back to new again. Really effective, easy to use.

Amazing silicone sheet, pricey but it is well worth the money
This silicone gel sheet is the highest quality you can find. It can be pricey, but it is worth the money!I had a surgery which left me 10 inch surgical site. I waited two weeks and starting using this product. It is soft and flexible, and you can cut this sheet into any size you want. It has an adhesive side, however since you have to wash this silicone sheet the adhesive over time will not be as the same when it was bought. However this can be easily fixed with transparent film dressing applied on top of the silicone. This silicone can be used at any stage of the scar wether it is new or old. It can prevent and reduce raised scars. Additionally it will reduce redness of the scar significantly. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has an old scar or anyone who is planning a surgery, it is a must in your arsenal.

Quality product but wouldn’t stick for me
The silicone was easy to cut into strips, thick and high quality, but I struggled to get it to stick for long. Not sure if it’s my skin, the size of the scars or the product itself. It’s easy to clean and reuse, so if it does work for you, it’s good value for money compared to the scar gels.

Great for scars both old and new
Recommended this by my physio after having surgery, can be used for new and old scars. Very good at moisturising the scar tissue and keeping them flat. Also reusable if you keep them clean, lasting up to a month. This is the second sheet I’ve brought in the last 5 months, would highly recommend. Comfortable, reduces itchiness, good value for money as these are not cheap!

Great for faster healing. Easy to use
These are amazing. Able to cut to size and speed up recovery after surgery. Stickiness is perfect to stay on without leaving any residue. Easy to use.

Not sticky
I know this product works for other people but it didn't for me. It is very effective when it does stick to you, but it didn't stick to me at all. Would fall off seconds after I put it on.

Excellent Product
Used this on post-surgical wounds and scars during healing process; used religiously as per instructions for 3 x months day and night. I was told by my surgeon that she is shocked by the results and that my fully healed scars look as if they could be a year out from surgery and it's only been 3 x months. I tried another couple of types very briefly but this turned out to be the best. Sealed over wounds using mepore wound tape which allows you to shower with it on and would swap out once a day. Bought enough so that I could wash strips and dry and use another pre-dried each day. Highly recommend.

Lasts 3 months so far if you wash every day
Excellent really good once the wound closed. I used Polymem with Manuka on the open wound, I then switched from Manuka to Aroma Labs Tamanu oil as it became drier, then progressed to Mepiplex Lite and Tamanu until it was closed and really healing well. Then when it was less raw I switched to silicone. This was following a senior nurses recommendation - she was happy with Manuka but unfamiliar with Tamanu. The tamanu gave me a radical change and works perfectly with the silicone. I use plastic tape also on Amazon to tape the silicone pad onto the skin and do so tightly for maximum compression. Compression is excellent. These really last and are worth their weight in gold for wounds. Also great post acupuncture or human regenerator to seal in the nourishment. 2 days later my wounds have totally transformed post treatment and using the patch. But you need the tamanu too and as much compression as you can create.
